Frequently asked questions

Are these real client names?

The case studies on this page describe real completed LaborNOW projects, and the testimonials are real client feedback rather than composite or placeholder quotes. Some project details — exact dates, contract values, or the full scope of a given engagement — are summarized rather than exhaustively documented, consistent with client confidentiality norms standard across the restoration and staffing industries. If you want to verify a specific reference before signing a contract, we can typically arrange that directly with the client's permission.

Does LaborNOW work directly for restoration companies, or only end clients?

Both. LaborNOW frequently works as the labor arm for restoration companies on their own client projects — 911 Restoration and other restoration franchises among them — supplying the crew that carries out the work under the restoration company's own contract and markup. We also staff projects directly for general contractors, facility operators, and data center owners who need labor without going through an intermediary. Which model fits depends on whether you're the one managing the client relationship or need us to plug directly into your own operation.

How many people does LaborNOW have deployed at any given time?

Roughly 275 people a day across the United States, spanning data center cleaning, general and skilled labor, restoration support, and construction projects simultaneously. That volume is spread across multiple markets and shift schedules rather than concentrated in one region, which is part of why the local-plus-travel-crew model exists — it lets us reallocate capacity toward whichever projects have the most urgent timeline in a given week without pulling from a single fixed labor pool.

Can LaborNOW provide references from these case studies?

Yes, with the client's permission — many of the engagements described on this page are willing to speak with prospective clients about their experience, and we can typically arrange that directly once you're evaluating a specific type of project. Let us know which case study is most similar to what you're planning and we'll see what reference conversation we can set up.
